Cookie choices

Dioartis.com shows a cookie banner on first visit. You can choose:

Essential only — site and chat work; optional Amevia analytics, personalization, and chat resume stay off.
Accept all — also allows optional Amevia storage that can remember the chat and measure how the assistant is used.

Dioartis.com does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar marketing trackers.

Your choice is stored in this browser as dioartis_site_consent in localStorage. Change it anytime on Privacy settings.

Until you choose, Dioartis defaults to essential-only for the Amevia embed:

Amevia chat storage

Amevia is a Dioartis product (same legal entity). The embed on Dioartis.com can store:

amevia_sid_<agentId> in sessionStorage — created only after you start a chat conversation, so the active session can continue while the browser tab remains open. It is removed when the tab/session ends (or when the conversation is cleared).

With optional consent denied (Essential only), the Dioartis.com embed does not:

create amevia_vid cookies or localStorage visitor IDs;
persist conversation IDs in localStorage (amevia_conv_*);
persist chat transcripts in localStorage;
call /api/widget/presence;
send open/close analytics events that include the page URL.

Message content you submit is processed by Dioartis through Amevia to answer your request. Do not submit passwords or other sensitive secrets in chat. See the Privacy Policy.

Operational network requests

When you load Dioartis.com, the browser requests assets from dioartis.com (HTML, CSS, scripts, images, fonts).

When the chat widget loads or you send a message, the browser also contacts Amevia endpoints on getamevia.com (widget script and chat API). Those requests are required for the chat to function.

Web servers also create ordinary access logs (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp, status). See the Privacy Policy for retention and purposes.
